Are you a Sales Progressor looking for a flexible, hybrid role, or ready to transition away from a traditional Estate Agency environment? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

We’re currently partnering with a forward-thinking, independent law firm in the City of London. As part of their continued expansion, they’re looking to bring on an experienced Sales Progressor to support the launch of their new department.

This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work from home Monday through Thursday, with just one day a week in the office (Fridays). The firm is open to candidates based outside London, provided you're comfortable commuting to the office once a week and attending occasional meetings, typically once per quarter.

As a Sales Progressor, you will be offered:

  • Basic salary £35,000-£37,000
  • Ongoing training and support where needed
  • Full backing from the Director of the business
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and time off during Christmas break
  • Birthdays off
  • Remote work 4 days per week
  • No weekends
  • Private healthcare
  • Regular staff social events
  • Career progression

As a Sales Progressor, your duties will be:

  • Managing property sales from the point of offer agreed through to completion
  • Liaising with solicitors, clients, buyers, and other key stakeholders to ensure a smooth transaction process
  • Providing regular updates to all parties involved, keeping everyone informed at each stage
  • Maintaining accurate records and completing all necessary administrative tasks efficiently

To be considered for the Sales Progressor role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Sales Progressor position
  • A solid understanding of the end-to-end property sales process
  • Experience handling leasehold transactions
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
