The role will be varied, and you will be the point of contact whilst building on the current portfolio and shaping their Lettings department.
Working hours:
As a Lettings Manager, you’ll be required to work full-time
The successful Lettings Manager will be offered:
- Basic salary between £27,000-£30,000
- Realistic OTE between £39,000 - £43,000
- Company car

To be considered for the Lettings Manager role you must have:
- Experience as a Lettings Manager
- The ability to list properties to the market
- The ability to sell company services and close for business
- Strong listing and negotiating skills
- Ability to drive the division forward
- Property Management experience
- ARLA qualified ideal however, not essential
As a Lettings Manager, your role will involve:
- Generate new and repeat business opportunities for market appraisals, instructions, and viewings and lets
- Coordinate business generation and marketing activities
- Proactively book appraisals and attend appointments (maintaining a good conversion ratio)
- Manage incoming enquiries from new applicants regarding properties on the market
- Liaise and negotiate between both parties to secure the let
- Reporting any maintenance issues
- Organising Inventories, check-ins, check-outs
- Building the portfolio
