As a Lettings Manager, you will be offered:

As a Lettings Manager, your duties will be:
- Leading and motivating the Lettings team through daily meetings
- Supporting team development through regular performance reviews
- Listing and valuing rental properties
- Driving new business and maximising repeat business opportunities
- Negotiating offers and agreeing on new tenancies
- Ensuring full compliance with all current lettings legislation and regulatory bodies
What you will require to be a successful Lettings Manager:
- A proven background as a Lettings Valuer, Assistant Lettings Manager, or Lettings Manager
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- A solid understanding of current residential lettings legislation
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of results
- Professional telephone manner
- Strong IT skills and attention to detail
