As a Lettings Manager, your duties will be:

  • Leading and motivating the Lettings team through daily meetings
  • Supporting team development through regular performance reviews
  • Listing and valuing rental properties
  • Driving new business and maximising repeat business opportunities
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing on new tenancies
  • Ensuring full compliance with all current lettings legislation and regulatory bodies

What you will require to be a successful Lettings Manager:

  • A proven background as a Lettings Valuer, Assistant Lettings Manager, or Lettings Manager
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
  • A solid understanding of current residential lettings legislation
  • The ability to work independently and take ownership of results
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills and attention to detail
