We're recruiting for a Lettings Manager to join a well-established, multi-branch independent estate agency in Canterbury. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven property professional to lead a successful office, grow market share, and play a key role in the continued success of the business.
The Role
As a Lettings Manager, you will:
- Lead the day-to-day performance of the lettings branch
- Drive profitability and continue to grow market share
- Win new instructions and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and prospective clients
- Mentor, motivate, and support your team to achieve branch targets
- Deliver expert advice and exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process
- Keep up to date with local market trends and competitor activity
- Ensure high operational standards and compliance across the branch
Lettings Manager Requirements
- Proven experience within residential lettings
- Track record of winning new business and increasing market share
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Driven, self-motivated, and target-focused
- Able to perform well under pressure and lead by example
- Full UK driving licence
