As a Lettings Manager, your key responsibilities will be:
- Deliver expert guidance to landlords on pricing strategy, presentation, and market positioning to secure the strongest achievable rental income.
- Create compelling property listings using high‑quality photography, engaging descriptions, and targeted marketing across portals and social channels
- Identify and convert new opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, local market awareness, and relationship‑building.
- Develop strong partnerships with solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and other professionals to support clients and create a reliable referral network.
- Work alongside the Lettings Manager to inspire performance, share best practices, and maintain a positive, high‑energy team culture focused on results and service excellence.
- Monitor local rental conditions, legislation changes, and emerging tenant behaviours to keep the business competitive and compliant. Provide insights that shape pricing, marketing, and operational decisions.
