As a Lettings Manager your duties will be:
- Drive growth within the lettings business through proactive business development and landlord acquisition
- Generate and convert landlord leads, carry out rental valuations, and grow the managed portfolio
- Increase revenue by identifying and maximising new business opportunities
- Lead and support the lettings team to achieve targets and deliver excellent customer service
- Build strong relationships with landlords, developers, investors, and local businesses to expand market presence
- Manage portfolio growth while maintaining high professional and service standards
- Work towards and exceed performance targets, KPIs, and business objectives
To be considered for the Lettings Manager role, you must have:
- A proven background as a Lettings Valuer, Assistant Lettings Manager, or Lettings Manager
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- A solid understanding of current residential lettings legislation
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of results
- Professional telephone manner
- Strong IT skills and attention to detail
