The successful candidate will be a motivated and commercially minded lettings professional with a passion for delivering excellent customer service, developing strong client relationships, and supporting the performance of their team.

As a Lettings Manager your duties will be:

  • Drive growth within the lettings business through proactive business development and landlord acquisition
  • Generate and convert landlord leads, carry out rental valuations, and grow the managed portfolio
  • Increase revenue by identifying and maximising new business opportunities
  • Lead and support the lettings team to achieve targets and deliver excellent customer service
  • Build strong relationships with landlords, developers, investors, and local businesses to expand market presence
  • Manage portfolio growth while maintaining high professional and service standards
  • Work towards and exceed performance targets, KPIs, and business objectives

To be considered for the Lettings Manager role, you must have:

  • A proven background as a Lettings Valuer, Assistant Lettings Manager, or Lettings Manager
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
  • A solid understanding of current residential lettings legislation
  • The ability to work independently and take ownership of results
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills and attention to detail
