The Role
As a Lettings Manager, you will:
- Lead the day-to-day performance of the lettings department, driving profitability and branch growth
- Deliver exceptional lettings advice and customer service to landlords and tenants
- Identify and convert new business opportunities to increase market share
- Carry out market appraisals and advise landlords on effective pricing and marketing strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, applicants, and key stakeholders
- Coach, mentor, and motivate your team through regular support and performance management
- Stay up to date with market trends and lettings legislation, providing expert advice to clients
- Work collaboratively with the wider branch to achieve business objectives and continued success
Lettings Manager Requirements:
- Previous residential lettings experience, ideally at management level
- Proven ability to generate new business and grow market share
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated, commercially minded, and target-driven
- Knowledge of the Croydon property market would be advantageous
- Full UK driving licence preferred
