Do you have over 1-year experience as a Lettings Negotiator?
Our client, an independent estate agency with international offices is currently looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their office in Stratford. Ideally, they are looking for someone who has a minimum of 1-year experience as a Lettings Negotiator and is eager to develop / progress their career.
Working days for the successful Lettings Negotiator:
- Monday to Friday 9.30 am – 7 pm
- Saturday with a day off during the week
Our client is offering the successful Lettings Negotiator:
- Up to £22,000 Basic
- Realistic £40,000 OTE
- Car Allowance
- Travel Expenses
Lettings Negotiator requirements:
- Self-motivation with a can-do attitude
- Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal
- Valuing experience is ideal however not essential
- Professional, determined, ambitious and focused
- Minimum of 1-year experience working as a Lettings Negotiator
- A full UK driving license
As a Lettings Negotiator, your role will involve:
- Generate new and repeat business opportunities for market appraisals, instructions, viewings, and lets
- Coordinate business generation and marketing activities
- Proactively book appraisals and attend appointments (maintaining a good conversion ratio)
- Manage incoming enquiries from new applicants regarding properties on the market
- Liaise and negotiate between both parties to secure the let
