The Role
As a Mortgage Advisor, you will:
- Provide face-to-face mortgage and protection advice to clients
- Conduct initial appointments and convert opportunities into completed business
- Build strong relationships with clients throughout the mortgage journey
- Recommend suitable mortgage and protection products based on individual circumstances
- Maintain a high level of customer service and regulatory compliance
- Work closely with the administration team to ensure a smooth client experience
- Achieve individual sales and business targets
Mortgage Advisor requirements:
- Full CeMAP qualification
- Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor
- Proven ability to generate and convert mortgage business
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Target-driven and motivated to succeed
- Ability to manage both initial appointments and subsequent sign-ups
- Professional and compliant approach to advice
What’s on Offer?
- £23,000 basic salary
- Strong commission structure at 20%, plus bonus opportunities
- Earnings guarantee during the initial months
- £45,000 – £55,000 OTE

Working Pattern:
- Full-time
- Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
