Our client, a dynamic and client-focused organisation, is expanding their team and looking for proactive Mortgage Advisors to work on a self-employed basis. This role offers the chance to work remotely, with support and the potential for significant earnings as you build your client base. Mortgage Advisor requirements:

  • Minimum of 12 months of experience as a Mortgage Advisor
  • Possess full CEMAP qualification, with CAS preferred.
  • Ability to deal with appointments and subsequent sign-ups
  • Proactive approach to sourcing leads
  • Ability to work independently 
  • Offer excellent customer service

Responsibilities for the role of Mortgage Advisor:

  • Managing client meetings and consultations remotely or in person as necessary
  • Building relationships with clients to understand their mortgage needs
  • Developing and implementing effective business plans to generate leads
  • Providing professional mortgage advice in line with PSA regulations
  • Submitting applications, liaising with lenders, and progressing cases through to completion
  • Maintaining accurate records using the CRM system
  • Continuously developing your market knowledge and understanding of product offerings
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
