My client, a well-established independent estate agency, is currently seeking a Trainee Sales Negotiator to join their busy team in Gidea Park. The ideal candidate should have good people skills, have a desire to learn and be target driven.
The role of Trainee Sales Negotiator will involve:
- Offer a great customer service
- Arrange and attend viewings
- Greeting buyers & vendors
- Registering customers
- Matching requirements & arranging viewings
The successful Trainee Sales Negotiator will need:
- Ideally from an estate agency background however candidates from a sales background will be considered.
- Team player
- Ambitious and highly driven
- Clean driving licence
Salary Package:
In return, my client is offering a basic salary plus commission on target earnings between of £20,000 - £24,000 plus potential car allowance or use of the company car, end of year profit share and company progression.
