Our client, a dynamic and well established Design and Property Consultants are recruiting for an Office and Quality Assistant to join their team in Ipswich.

As an Office and Quality Assistant your role will involve:

  • Assisting the Office and Quality Executive in facilities co-ordination and building management
  • Promoting high standards to ensure the office runs smoothly
  • Ensure all visitors are greeted in a professional manner
  • Builds exceptional relationships with external suppliers including cleaning, building servicing and waste management – Ensuring the most cost-effective savings are obtained every year
  • Assists with facilities co-ordination and building maintenance for the offices, ensuring all issues have been logged and action has been taken to resolve
  • Monitoring processes to ensure KPIs are met and assist with KPI reporting
  • Work with HR to ensure full provision of first aiders, mental health first aiders and fire marshalls across the company, ensuring all legal compliance and full training and awareness programmes are introduced
  • To undertake internal audits to ensure all group offices are complying with the requirements of accreditations
  • To assist with ensuring excellence with regards to health and safety, ensuing template documentation is updated in line with legal compliance, PPE is issued and reviewed, workstation assessments are carried out and closed – incidents and near misses are recorded and investigated

To be considered for the Office and Quality Assistant role you must have:

  • The ability to carry out effective communication with all stakeholders
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Sensitivity when dealing with confidential information
  • Effectively manage own time, workload and resources
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of organisation
  • Able to effectively manage own time, workload and resources

Working hours:

As an Office and Quality Assistant, you’ll be required to work full-time Monday to Friday. My client operates a flexible hours policy.
