Our client, a well-established and highly regarded independent estate agency in Nottingham, is seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of their busy office.
This is a key leadership role within the business, responsible for managing the front-end operations across both sales and lettings, ensuring the team performs efficiently while delivering an exceptional level of customer service. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, highly organised, and commercially minded, with a strong ability to manage people and drive performance.

As an Operations Manager, you will be offered:
- Basic salary of circa £40,000
- Realistic OTE of £50,000+ (including commission/bonus structure)

Key Operations Manager responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a busy sales and lettings office
- Managing, motivating, and supporting the team to achieve targets and KPIs
- Driving performance across the sales department, ensuring strong conversion and pipeline management
- Supporting lettings operations where required, ensuring smooth day-to-day running
- Monitoring figures, performance metrics, and branch profitability
- Implementing processes and improving efficiencies across the business
- Handling escalated client queries and maintaining high service standards
- Working closely with the business owners/directors to support growth and strategy
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Proven experience within estate agency, covering both sales and lettings (sales-focused preferred)
- Previous experience in a senior or management position
- A highly organised, efficient, and proactive approach
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- A commercially driven mindset with the ability to analyse and improve performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
