As a Branch Manager, you will be offered:
- Basic salary of up to £32,000
- OTE of up to £60,000

As a Branch Manager, your duties will be:
- Build, support and develop a high-performing team
- Maximise revenue opportunities and drive overall branch profitability
- Proactively generate new business and nurture strong client relationships
- Maintain the highest levels of customer service and brand representation
- Conduct Market Appraisals confidently and professionally
- Follow up on leads both over the phone and face-to-face
- Train, coach and mentor staff to reach their full potential
- Negotiate offers successfully and close deals
- Register applicants, greet customers and create outstanding client experiences
- Carry out viewings when required
Requirements for the role of Branch Manager:
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager or Sales Manager within Estate Agency
- Ideally, have a strong knowledge of the Stowmarket property market
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a successful team
- A strong track record of winning instructions and driving business growth
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
- Sales-driven mindset with real energy, ambition, and a proactive attitude
- Positive, forward-thinking approach to generating new business
- Outstanding customer service skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences
