The role will be working within a team of Property Managers therefore the ability to work on your own initiative as well as within a team is essential.
The position will require an experienced Property Manager covering all aspects of Property Management including:
- Managing a portfolio
- Rent collection
- Inspections
- Check-ins
- Checkouts
- Rent collection
- Deposit negotiations
Our clients are seeking an individual with:
- Strong customer service
- An excellent telephone manner
- The ability to work under pressure
Salary/Package:
- Basic £22,000 to £27,000
- Bonuses
- 28 days paid holidays including bank holidays
