Our client, a well-respected independent Estate Agency with a reputation for delivering some of the best services in the area, is looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee their property portfolio and manage the relationships built with their Landlords and Tenants.

The Property Manager duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Responsible for the management of the property portfolio
  • Liaising with Landlords and Tenants
  • Attend regular property inspections
  • Instructing and overseeing works
  • Tenancy renewals and rent increases
  • Chasing late rental payments
  • Renewal of safety certificates
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Reporting into the Director

To be considered for the role of the Property Manager, you must have the following:

  • Minimum of 2 years Property Manager experience
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • UK driving licence and own car
  • ARLA qualification would be beneficial

In return, our client is offering the following to the successful Property Manager:

  • Salary up to £30,000, depending on experience
