The Role
As a Property Manager, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors on a daily basis
- Arrange and conduct property inspections as required
- Handle deposit returns and resolve tenancy disputes
- Instruct maintenance works and oversee contractor performance
- Ensure a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times
- Maintain compliance and accurate property records across your portfolio
Property Manager requirements:
- Previous experience as a Property Manager
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Commercially aware with the ability to identify opportunities
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
