The Role
As a Property Manager, you will:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties
- Liaise with tenants, landlords, and suppliers to resolve maintenance and tenancy issues
- Instruct and coordinate contractors, scheduling works and appointments
- Follow up on outstanding repairs and ongoing queries
- Conduct property inspections, inventories, and routine assessments
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all property information is up to date
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and tenants
Property Manager Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in Property Management
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with IT systems and property management software
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What's on Offer?

- OTE up to £35,000 with bonus and commission structure
