What's on offer for the successful Property Manager:

  • Working hours - Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with one Saturday morning a month, with time off in lieu supplied.
  • Up to £30,000 basic salary
  • Bonus and commission structure with OTE up to £35,000

Property Manager requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Property Manager (at least one year’s experience)
  • Highly organised and has strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrates a positive work ethic
  • The ability to work efficiently under pressure and solve problems is essential, along with computer literacy.
  • Someone who can work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Full UK driving license and access to own car 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a diverse portfolio of properties
  • Instructing contractors and scheduling appointments
  • Liaising with tenants and suppliers to resolve issues
  • Following up on outstanding works and queries
  • Handling maintenance requests and building ongoing relationships with clients and tenants
  • Managing inventories and conducting reviews
  • Organising property inspections and assessments where applicable
