What's on offer for the successful Property Manager:
- Working hours - Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with one Saturday morning a month, with time off in lieu supplied.
- Up to £30,000 basic salary
- Bonus and commission structure with OTE up to £35,000

Property Manager requirements:
- Previous experience as a Property Manager (at least one year’s experience)
- Highly organised and has strong attention to detail
- Demonstrates a positive work ethic
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure and solve problems is essential, along with computer literacy.
- Someone who can work well both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Full UK driving license and access to own car
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of properties
- Instructing contractors and scheduling appointments
- Liaising with tenants and suppliers to resolve issues
- Following up on outstanding works and queries
- Handling maintenance requests and building ongoing relationships with clients and tenants
- Managing inventories and conducting reviews
- Organising property inspections and assessments where applicable
