The Role
As a Property Manager, you will:
- Deliver outstanding day-to-day property management services
- Proactively manage landlord and tenant queries, issues, and maintenance requests
- Keep up to date with relevant property legislation and compliance requirements
- Oversee all aspects of residential property management across your portfolio
- Liaise with contractors and third-party suppliers to arrange repairs and maintenance works
- Manage landlord utility accounts and council tax-related matters
- Organise inspections, check-ins, check-outs, and routine property visits
- Maintain accurate records and ensure the smooth running of your portfolio
Property Manager Requirements
- Minimum 12 months' experience within residential property management
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Calm and professional approach when handling challenges and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
