Working hours for the Property Management Team Leader are:
- 9.00am – 6.00pm Monday to Friday
- No Weekends

As a Property Management Team Leader your role will involve:
- Leading a team of at least 3 Property Managers.
- Direct daily team activities, set priorities, monitor performance, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Oversee tenant move‑outs, inspections, deposit handling, and preparation of properties for new occupancy
- Coordinate routine and emergency maintenance, liaise with contractors, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Manager circa 640 unit from the branch.
- Running the day-to-day operations of the team.
Requirements for the Property Management Team Leader:
- A strong knowledge of all things Property Management.
- Strong leadership qualities who can mentor and lead the team.
- Personable and positive attitude.
