Our clients are Property Auctions Experts and seeking a Regional Manager to cover their Norfolk and Suffolk area. This is a very unique role as you will have the flexibility to work from home or office, have a full back office team to support you with admin, sales progression and most importantly, full support from the Directors of the business!
Please note, there would be NO income for the first few months
Our client is offering the successful Regional Auction Operator:
- Realistic OTE of around £100,000 (Uncapped)
- Market leading commission of 80%

As a Regional Auction Operator, your role will involve the following:
- In-depth product/service knowledge
- Keep in contact with existing clients in person and by telephone
- Going to conferences and expositions
- Monitor & report your progress to your line manager
- Identifying and canvassing sources of new auction listings
- Advertising via google ad words and social media.
To be considered for the role of Regional Auction Operator, you must have:
- A strong background in Estate Agency (5 years ideally)
- The applicant would need funding of around £20,000 for marketing, office etc
- Auctions background is ideal however not essential
- Proven track record
- Ability to list, sell and negotiate offers
