You will need to showcase: 

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record within the new homes industry. You should demonstrate strong leadership / management skills, a proactive approach, and a thorough understanding of the new home sales process. A commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is essential, along with the ability to effectively drive growth and profitability. Holding a UK driving license is essential. 

The role of Regional New Homes Director will consist of:

  • Oversee the new homes division in the region to achieve set targets and project deadlines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, the team and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth.
  • Monitor project budgets and costs, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
  • Report on regional performance to senior management and suggest improvements.
  • Identifying and brokering prospective new development opportunities.
