This is a fantastic next step for an experienced Assistant Manager looking to take on greater responsibility, or a high-performing Senior Negotiator with a strong track record in valuations and listings, ready to progress into a leadership role.

As an Assistant Manager, your duties will include:

  • Carry out valuations and win new instructions
  • Build strong relationships with buyers and vendors
  • Manage viewings, offers, and sales progression
  • Collaborate with in-house mortgage, protection, and lettings teams
  • Mentor and develop junior team members
  • Support the Sales Manager in day-to-day operations

To be considered for the Assistant Manager role, you must have

  • Proven experience in estate agency, particularly in valuations and winning instructions
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and commercially astute
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong IT skills and quick to learn new systems
