We are currently representing a multi-disciplinary practice incorporating in both Residential and Commercial work, who are seeking an experienced Surveyor to join their practice. The role will include undertaking a range of valuation and surveying work, including Level 2 and 3, Red book Valuations, Bespoke Building Surveys, Help-to-Buy and probate. Working hours:
- Full Time or Part Time
- Remote / WFH role
The successful Residential Surveyor will be offered:
- £55,000 - £60,000 Basic salary - depending on experience
- £70,000 - £80,000 OTE
- 10% Commission on personal net billings

To be considered for the Residential Surveyor role, you must have:
- Minimum AssocRICS with a RICS accredited degree or MRICS /FRICS qualifications
- Strong track record in Surveying
- Registered Valuer Status
As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:
Carrying out a range of Valuation and Survey work including:
- Level 2 Surveys
- Level 3 Surveys
- Red Book Valuations
- Bespoke Building Surveys
- Private and Panel work
- Liaising with centralised hub regarding appointments
- Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure work is carried out to deadlines
