As a Branch Manager, you will be offered:
- Basic salary up to £32,000
- OTE £60,000+

As a Branch Manager, your duties will be:
- Leading, developing, and motivating a high-performing team
- Driving revenue and overall branch performance
- Generating new business and building strong client relationships
- Carrying out market appraisals and winning instructions
- Negotiating offers and seeing deals through to completion
- Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times
Requirements for the role of Branch Manager:
- Experience as a Branch Manager or Sales Manager within estate agency
- Strong knowledge of the local market (ideal)
- A proven track record in winning business and driving growth
- A natural leader with energy, ambition, and a hands-on approach
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
