Are you an AssocRICS-qualified surveyor with experience in Level 2 Surveys?
Due to increased business levels, our client is looking for a Residential Surveyor to join their team in the Bath area.
The role comes with access to leading report-writing software, structured support, and the opportunity to progress into Level 3 Surveys and further professional development.
The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will:
- Carry out Level 2 Home Surveys
- Undertake Red Book valuations
- Conduct Level 3 surveys (training can be provided)
- Produce clear, accurate, and client-focused reports
- Manage your own workload and diary independently
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, and stakeholders
- Maintain high professional and technical standards across all instructions
Residential Surveyor requirements:
- Minimum AssocRICS qualified
- Experience completing Level 2 Surveys
- Strong understanding of residential property and valuation principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organised, self-motivated, and detail-focused
- Full UK driving licence
