This Residential Surveyor position is for a highly successful and growing residential chartered surveying business in the Dudley area, which, due to increased business levels, is seeking an experienced surveying professional to join their team on a consultancy basis, working a minimum of 2 days/week within a 25-mile radius from home.
As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:
Carrying out a range of Valuation and Survey work, including:
- Homebuyer (Level 2 Surveys)
- Mortgage Valuations
To be considered for the Residential Surveyor role, you must have:
- Minimum AssocRICS qualified or higher
- Strong track record in Surveying - minimum of 2 years post-qualified
- VRS experience
- Attention-to-detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- UK Driving License
What's on offer?
- Upto £100,000 OTE
- Fee split 50%-55%
- Minimum of 10 points, which can be split over multiple days (min of 2 days)

Working arrangement:
- Remote / WFH basis
