We're recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join a successful independent estate agency in Ashford area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is motivated, commercially minded and hungry for business, with full training and support provided.
No previous estate agency experience is required! This role would suit someone with a strong customer service background, a positive attitude and the drive to succeed.
The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will:
- Conduct property viewings
- Manage clients throughout the sales process
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Generate and book property valuations
- Negotiate offers and help progress sales
- Contribute to new business and overall branch performance
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales journey
Sales Negotiator Requirements:
- No previous estate agency experience required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Positive, proactive and can-do attitude
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Motivated, ambitious and hungry for business
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
What's on Offer?
- Basic salary up to £25,000
- £30,000 - £35,000 OTE with uncapped earning potential

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
- Alternating Saturdays: 9:00am - 5:00pm
