We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a successful and independent surveying practice covering the Liverpool area. This role would suit a motivated and professional Surveyor who is confident in undertaking residential valuations alongside Level 2 and Level 3 Surveys while enjoying the flexibility of remote working and a manageable workload.
The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will:
- Conduct residential property valuations across your designated area
- Undertake Level 2 and Level 3 Surveys to a high professional standard
- Produce accurate and detailed reports for clients and lenders
- Manage your own diary and workload efficiently
- Maintain compliance with RICS and industry regulations
- Deliver a high level of customer service and professional advice
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Residential Surveyor Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Residential Surveyor
- VRS Registered
- Experience in undertaking residential valuations and surveys
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confident using iPads, surveying software, and mobile applications
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
