We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a growing and successful surveying practice covering Gloucester. Due to increased business levels, our client is expanding their team and seeking an experienced surveyor with Level 2 Survey experience who is looking for a role offering flexibility, strong earning potential, and genuine career progression.

The Role

As a Residential Surveyor, you will:

  • Carry out Level 2 Home Surveys across a designated geographical area
  • Conduct Level 3 Building Surveys (full training can be provided where required)
  • Undertake Red Book Valuations in accordance with professional standards
  • Produce accurate and professional reports using market-leading software
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the survey process
  • Manage your diary and workload efficiently while maintaining quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices
  • Contribute to the continued success and growth of the business

Residential Surveyor Requirements

  • Minimum AssocRICS qualification
  • Previous experience carrying out Level 2 Surveys
  • Experience with Red Book Valuations advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and report-writing ability
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
  • Full UK driving licence
