Sales Valuer | Estate Agency | Up to £50,000 OTE | Full Training | Office-Based

A well-regarded independent estate agent is looking to employ a Sales Valuer to join their successful team. This role will suit a driven and ambitious individual who is either already working within estate agency or looking to build a career in the industry.

This position offers full training, a range of incentives, bonuses, and commission, and is ideal for someone motivated by earning potential and progression within a high-performing environment.

The Role

As a Sales Valuer, you will:

  • Conduct market appraisals and win new instructions
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and prospective clients
  • Generate new business opportunities and follow up leads
  • Negotiate and close for business effectively
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the valuation process
  • Work closely with the wider sales team to maximise performance

Sales Valuer requirements:

  • Background in sales (estate agency preferred, but other sales backgrounds considered)
  • Strong ability to close business and convert leads
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, driven, and target-focused
  • Full UK driving licence
