We're recruiting for an experienced Residential Surveyor to join an established and growing property and surveying business. The organisation provides a range of property surveying, valuation and advisory services, with a strong focus on professional standards, client service and continued development.

The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will:
- Undertake Mortgage Valuations, Level 2 and Level 3 residential surveys
- Conduct valuations, including private valuations, in accordance with RICS standards
- Carry out residential and/or commercial property inspections
- Complete Homebuyer and Building Surveys
- Provide professional advice and support directly to clients
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, legislation and professional guidelines
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery and client satisfaction
- Manage your own workload effectively and meet required deadlines
- Travel to properties and client locations as required
- Develop your Building Survey experience, with training available where required
Residential Surveyor Requirements:
- A degree in Surveying or a related discipline
- AssocRICS or MRICS status, or be actively working towards membership
- VRS qualification or experience
- Strong technical knowledge of property construction and defects
- Experience undertaking residential surveys and valuations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- A professional and client-focused approach
- Full clean UK driving licence
