The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will:
- Carry out residential valuation reports and Level 1 and Level 2 home surveys across your designated geographical area
- Produce accurate, professional survey reports using market-leading technology
- Deliver exceptional customer service while managing your workload effectively to maximise productivity and service standards
- Work towards achievable performance and income targets within a supportive team environment
- Maintain professional knowledge through ongoing training and industry updates
- Ensure all surveying work is completed in line with relevant professional, regulatory, and compliance standards
Residential Surveyor requirements:
- AssocRICS qualified or MRICS
- Newly qualified SAVA Surveyors will also be considered
- Experience conducting residential surveys and valuation reports preferred
- Strong understanding of residential property and surveying principles
- Excellent organisational, communication, and report-writing skills
- Customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively
- Full UK driving licence
