Due to expansion and continued success, our clients a market-leading Agency in Manchester, are seeking a Senior Lettings Negotiator / Assistant Lettings Manager to develop a new department.
The role will be dealing with ‘let only’ properties and will require a forward-thinking Letting Agent with the desire and determination to drive the sector forward.
To be considered for the role of Senior Lettings Negotiator / Assistant Lettings Manager, our clients require an individual with a strong background in Lettings and good knowledge of the Manchester area and market.
Key tasks will involve, but will not be limited to:
- Helping establish a new ‘Let only’ division
- Putting in place new procedures
- Listing properties to the market
- Securing deposits in line with TDS
- Carrying out move out inspections
- Researching AirBNB market
- Keeping landlords updated
Working hours:
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator / Assistant Lettings Manager you'll be required to work Monday to Friday with a weekend rota
Salary package:
In return, our clients are offering a fantastic basic salary of £24,000 with on-target earnings of £28,000 - £30,000
