The Role
We are seeking a confident and motivated Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join our clients dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can confidently manage both negotiations and the sales progression process, ensuring transactions move smoothly from offer through to completion.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing a varied workload using CRM systems such as Alto (or similar).
As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you will be offered:
- Basic salary: £30,000 per annum
- On-target earnings: £40,000 per annum
- 5 day working week
- Mileage allowance: 45p per mile

As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, your duties will be:
- Managing residential sales and lettings negotiations
- Progressing agreed sales through to completion, liaising with solicitors, buyers, sellers and other stakeholders
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors
- Generating new business opportunities where possible
- Maintaining accurate records and updating CRM systems efficiently
- Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times
To be considered for the Sales and Lettings Negotiator role, you must have:
- Proven experience in sales progression within estate agency or residential property
- Experience managing both sales and lettings negotiations
- Familiar with Alto CRM or similar property software
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Target-driven with a proactive approach
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
