You’ll work in a supportive, fast-paced team, focusing on customer service, negotiating sales, and supporting branch operations.
The Role
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will:
- Register and qualify applicants
- Arrange and book property viewings
- Conduct accompanied viewings when required
- Handle offers and negotiate between buyers and vendors
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Support the branch by covering appointments when required
- Contribute to the overall success and growth of the team
Senior Sales Negotiator Requirements
- Previous experience within estate agency or residential sales
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Professional, proactive, and motivated approach
- Full UK driving licence

Working hours
- Full-time working hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm)
