We're recruiting for a Commercial Sales Director to join a large and well-established organisation in the Blackburn area, due to continued expansion.
This is a senior-level opportunity for an experienced commercial property professional with strong leadership and management experience. The successful candidate will oversee the commercial division, manage a team and take responsibility for driving the department and wider business pipeline forward.
The Role
As a Commercial Sales Director, you will:
- Oversee the commercial property division and its day-to-day performance
- Lead, manage and support a team of commercial property professionals
- Oversee the department's sales pipeline and identify opportunities for growth
- Review team and individual performance against business objectives
- Drive business development and contribute to the continued growth of the division
- Monitor overall departmental performance and provide strategic direction
- Report directly into senior management
- Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, performance and profitability
Commercial Sales Director requirements:
- Strong background in commercial property
- Proven experience in a senior commercial property or sales leadership role
- Strong understanding of the commercial property market
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
- Experience overseeing pipelines and driving business performance
- Strong commercial awareness with a results-driven approach
- Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to understand the overall position and performance of a department
- Strategic, proactive and commercially minded approach
- Professional working attitude
