Our client, a well-known and reputable estate agency based in Crowes is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Sales Manager.
This role would suit an ambitious individual with a polished and professional approach to problem solving. You will be the main valuer in the office and successfully list a targeted number of properties.
Ideally, our clients are looking for an individual who has the following attributes:
- Great customer service skills
- Passionate and driven
- Able to keep up with workload
- Full UK driving license
- Great work ethic
Key tasks of a Sales Manager will include, but will not be limited to:
- Provide professional customer service
- Manage day to day Sales team
- Deputise for the Branch Manager
- Successfully list a targeted number of properties
- Have good knowledge of your local market
- Working closely with your team
Working hours:
- Full time
- 2 in 3 Saturdays
Salary/Package:
- Basic £22,500
- OTE £30,000 - £35,000
- A guarantee for first 3 months
