An opportunity has arisen in Darwen for a Sales Manager to join our clients well respected Estate Agency.
The role will require an experienced Estate Agent with good all-around industry experience. Our clients are seeking an individual with the ability and experience in the following tasks:
- Conducting Team Morning meetings
- Attending Valuations
- Gaining Instructions
- Overseeing Branch
- Setting team targets
In return our clients are offering the successful Sales Manager:
- A basic salary of £25,000
- Commission paid on individual and team performance with OTE of £40,000- £45,000 per annum.
- Business Mileage paid, Parking provided
Hours
- Monday – Friday with alternate Saturdays
