We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our clients, a well-known and expanding Estate Agency in the Ascot area.

The position is working within the Luxury residential property market.

The successful Senior Sales Manager will be offered:

  • Basic up to £38,000 DOE

Working Hours:

As a Senior Sales Manager, you’ll be required to work full-time

As a Senior Sales Manager, your role will involve:

  • Listing and selling high-value properties
  • Helping drive the business forward
  • Progressing sales from start to finish
  • Being the key contact for customers
  • Providing support and motivation to your sales team
  • Meeting/ exceeding personal and business KPI's 
  • Setting team KPI's with regular support/ updates through morning meetings and 1-2-1's
  • Effectively managing the Sales team

To be considered for the Senior Sales Manager role you must have:

  • Experience in Property Sales - Valuer/ Management level 
  • Target-driven and proactive mindset 
  • Excellent rapport-building skills 
  • Strong sales and business closing skills
  • Full UK Drivers licence and own vehicle
  • Ability to manage and support others
