We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our clients, a well-known and expanding Estate Agency in the Ascot area.
The position is working within the Luxury residential property market.
The successful Senior Sales Manager will be offered:

Working Hours:
As a Senior Sales Manager, you’ll be required to work full-time
As a Senior Sales Manager, your role will involve:
- Listing and selling high-value properties
- Helping drive the business forward
- Progressing sales from start to finish
- Being the key contact for customers
- Providing support and motivation to your sales team
- Meeting/ exceeding personal and business KPI's
- Setting team KPI's with regular support/ updates through morning meetings and 1-2-1's
- Effectively managing the Sales team
To be considered for the Senior Sales Manager role you must have:
- Experience in Property Sales - Valuer/ Management level
- Target-driven and proactive mindset
- Excellent rapport-building skills
- Strong sales and business closing skills
- Full UK Drivers licence and own vehicle
- Ability to manage and support others
