Sales Manager - North East London

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Manager with my client who operates under one of the largest Independent agencies in the area. The agency are renowned for their fantastic training programs and career progression opportunities with a push to promote within.

Working Hours: 

  • 5 day working pattern with some Saturdays 

Salary/Package for the successful Sales Manager:

Responsibilities for the role of the Sales Manager:

  • Manage and provide guidance and advice to customers Valuing properties and showcasing them to achieve the best price possible.
  • Collaborate as a team to match properties with potential buyers.
  • Build and maintain long lasting relationships with other professionals including Solicitors and Lenders
  • Identify new leads and work to successfully win new business
  • Assist the Branch Manager in helping to lead and

Requirements for the role of a Sales Manager:

  • You must be able to build and maintain strong relationships and have a proven track record of turning Valuations into Sales
  • Be driven, enthusiastic and self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast- paced environment
  • A natural leader with a passion for the industry and helping others to achieve their goals.
  • Experience working as a Sales Negotiator or Sales Valuer in North East London is desirable.
