Working hours:
- As a Sales Negotiator you'll be required to work Monday to Friday
- 1 in 3 Saturday 10:00 - 1:00 pm
Our client is offering the successful Sales Negotiator:
- Basic up to £24,000
- OTE £28,000+
- Structure career progression
- Ongoing training and support
Sales Negotiator requirements:
- Sales Negotiator experience
- Results-driven individual
- Exceptional rapport-building skills
- Full Driving Licence and own vehicle
- Team-Player
As a Sales Negotiator, your role will involve the following:
- Driving new business
- Scheduling viewings
- Negotiating
- Delivering exceptional customer
- Achieving/exceeding set KPI’s
- Build and upkeep strong working relationships with customers, 3rd parties and colleagues.
- Uploading, advertising and accurately listing properties
- Sales progression from start to finish.
- Delivering excellent customer service
