As a Sales Negotiator, your working hours are:
- Monday to Friday 9 am – 5.30 pm
- 1 in 2 Saturdays 9 am – 2 pm
In return, our clients are offering the successful Sales Negotiator:
- £24,000 basic
- OTE £30,000

Ideally, to be considered for the Sales Negotiator role you must have the following:
- Experience as a Sales Negotiator or in the property sector
- Knowledge of the local area – preferable
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Excellent interpersonal skill
- Driven and works well under pressure.
- Personable, Team player
Key tasks of a Sales Negotiator will include, but will not be limited to:
- Building quick rapport with customers and 3rd party contacts
- Booking and conducting viewings
- Negotiating property sales
- Sales progression
- Working to achieve KPI targets.
- Delivering excellent customer service
