A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for a professional, Independent Estate Agency. Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their busy office on a full-time basis. You will need to be passionate, driven, and motivated to succeed. Full training and support will be provided, as will a fantastic opportunity to work with a close-knit team.
Working Days:
- You will be required to work full-time
- Monday – Friday
- Alternate Saturdays 9am – 1pm with time off in lieu provided
The successful Sales Negotiator will be offered:
- Basic salary up to £25,000
- £32,000 OTE (Uncapped commission)

To be considered for the Sales Negotiator role you must have:
- At least 12 months of experience working as a Sales Negotiator
- Strong customer service skills
- Driven and passionate about property
- Friendly approach
- Team player
- Must be highly self-motivated
- A driving licence and own car
As a Sales Negotiator, your role will involve:
- Drive the business forward by offering great customer service
- Greeting buyers & vendors
- Booking valuations and Mortgage Appointments
- Referring leads to Lettings and Auction division
- Registering customers
- Matching requirements & arranging viewings
- Calling out new properties
