Working Hours:
- 5-day working pattern with days in lieu when working weekends.
As the New Homes Sales Advisor, your role will involve:
- Managing the Sales process from offer to completion ensuring a smooth and seamless process.
- Support purchases with tailored selections and upgrades to personalise the new home.
- Initiating outbound calls to Prospective clients by using the database.
- Work closely with in house mortgage and protection advisors to support cross selling.
- Collaborating directly with the developer and our New Homes Director to align on project goals and client needs.
Requirements for the New Homes Sales Advisor:
- Full Uk Driving Licence
- Previous experience as a New Homes Sales Advisor.
- A proven track record achieving targets in a similar position.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to deal with the full sales and conveyancing process.
- Able to provide a high level of customer service and have strong computer skills.
