We’ve recently partnered with a highly regarded independent estate agency in the Norwich area. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to add a Sales Negotiator to their close-knit team.

This estate agency places a strong focus on customer service and long-term relationships, with much of their business coming from repeat clients and referrals. That means no door knocking – just a supportive environment where your experience and professionalism are truly valued.

As a Sales Negotiator, you will be offered:

  • Circa £25,000 basic 
  • Realistic OTE between £35,000-£37,000+ (Uncapped)
  • Market-leading guarantee for the first 3/4months

As a Sales Negotiator, your duties will include:

  • Arranging and conducting property viewings
  • Booking and following up on property valuations
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
  • Progressing sales through to completion
  • Maintaining regular contact with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings
  • General administrative duties to support the sales process

To be considered for the Sales Negotiator role, you must have:

  • Recent experience in estate agency (preferred)
  • Outstanding customer service skills with a client-first mindset
  • A positive, driven attitude with a strong work ethic
  • A collaborative approach and ability to work well as part of a team
  • A professional and proactive approach to your work
