Our client, a reputable estate agency company based in Newcastle upon Tyne, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Negotiator to join their dynamic team. As a Sales Negotiator, your role would involve:

  • Manage and develop client relationships to facilitate successful property negotiations.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to prospective buyers and sellers.
  • Negotiate offers and terms between clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and closing deals efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and correspondence within the company CRM system.
  • Support the team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Stay informed about local market trends and competitor activity to support effective sales strategies.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring clients’ needs are met throughout their property journey.

About you:

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Sales Negotiator, with strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to negotiate effectively. A good understanding of the property market in Newcastle and the surrounding areas would be advantageous, along with a proactive approach to work and a keen eye for detail. It's also essential to have a full UK driving license.
