We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Negotiator to join a growing property sales team. This is a varied role involving the marketing and sale of residential properties, managing offers, and guiding transactions through to agreement.
You will act as a key point of contact for vendors, buyers, estate agents, and professional stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, accurate reporting, and a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process.

As a Sales Negotiator, your key responsibilities will be:
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties from marketing through to offer acceptance.
- Provide vendors with regular feedback, market insight, and activity updates.
- Agree marketing strategies and action plans with local agents and stakeholders.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors to achieve the best possible result.
- Prepare accurate Memorandum of Sales using verified information.
- Complete all required Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks on prospective purchasers.
- Recommend and coordinate financial and legal services to support agreed timescales.
- Liaise closely with the Sales Progression team to ensure a smooth handover after offer acceptance.
- Maintain accurate records and updates within the CRM system.
- Produce weekly reports on property performance and marketing activity.
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service while managing expectations.
- Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries regarding property progress.
- Support colleagues during busy periods to maintain service levels and deadlines.
To be considered for the Sales Negotiator role, you must have:

- Well organised and able to manage several properties and tasks at the same time.
- Self-driven, with the ability to work on your own as well as part of a team.
- Careful and accurate, with good attention to detail.
- Comfortable building and maintaining relationships with clients, estate agents, and colleagues.
- Confident using computers and systems such as Microsoft Office and property databases.
- Previous experience in a sales negotiator role within estate agency or residential property sales.
- A good understanding of how the property sales process works.
- Experience using CRM or similar property management systems.
