As a Sales Negotiator, your duties will be:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with both buyers and vendors, delivering a consistently high level of customer service throughout the sales process
  • Organising and conducting property viewings, confidently showcasing properties and building rapport with prospective buyers
  • Negotiating offers effectively to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties involved
  • Booking and generating market appraisals to support business growth
  • Proactively prospecting for new business opportunities
  • Registering applicants, understanding their requirements, and matching them with suitable properties
  • Keeping vendors regularly updated with feedback and market insight
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all systems and property details are up to date
  • Supporting the wider team to achieve branch targets and contribute to overall business success

To be considered for this Sales Negotiator position, you will need:

  • A minimum of 12 months’ experience in a Sales Negotiator role
  • A driven, proactive attitude with a strong desire to succeed
  • Knowledge of the West Nottingham property market (highly advantageous)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A motivated and career-focused mindset with ambition to progress
