My client, operating primarily in Kent, is looking for a talented individual to join their team as a Sales Negotiator. If you are an experienced Sales Negotiator looking for a new opportunity or wanting to move into the industry then we would love to hear from you.

Working hours for Sales Negotiator:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Alternate Saturdays (with a weekday off in lieu)

Salary package on offer for the Sales Negotiator:

  • Strong basic salary of £26,500
  • Pool commission paid quarterly on top of basic salary

Key duties of the Sales Negotiator role will include:

  • Registering new applicants and maintaining accurate client records
  • Conducting accompanied residential property viewings with professionalism and confidence
  • Managing day‑to‑day administrative tasks to support the sales process
  • Building strong relationships with buyers and vendors to drive successful outcomes
  • Providing excellent customer service and representing the agency to a high standard

Sales Negotiator requirements:

  • Previous experience is preferred, though full training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Strong knowledge of the local area (advantageous but not essential)
  • Good Maths and English exam results
  • A self‑assured, professional manner
  • Full Uk Driving licence
